Annnnnnnnnd i lost 5 pounds! So happy and excited with myself. my husband lost 7 and we ate clean/low carb all week and worked out 25 mins a night together. im feeling really proud of myself i took pics the day i started and this morning and its small but there def is a difference!its so motivating, here’s to week 2!
my lunch! Egg salad made with eggs and plain Greek yogurt. Chocolate low carb smoothie( 1scoop no sugar protein powder,10 almonds1/2 an avocado, almond milk and ice) yay!

1 15 oz. can of chickpeas (garbanzo beans)
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
2 teaspoons of spice mixture (a curry, Morrocan, or Mexican spice mixture work well)
Directions
Make sure the chickpeas are completely dry after draining and rinsing them. Otherwise they’ll end up chewy and soggy.
I’m totally having this for breakfast tomorrow morning! (Sans avocado but + spinach. Note to self to buy avocado to try this with though.)
