This girl right here, my first Greek yogurt today and about 30 mins after i was done my throat swelled up my chest hurt i had a hard time breathing and i got a few bumps in my mouth.Well i have never had an allergic reaction before so of course i think im dieing and i called my husband crying and he comes right home and we called a phone nurse and she said it was an allergic reaction im also slightly allergic to penicillin and so she said it made sense to her because the cultures so my husband tries to calm me down(even though i felt like i WAS dieing and im pretty sure i screamed heart attack 3 or 4 times) but im all good now just no more Greek yogurt for this lady.
